			City-planning gone slightly awry.. During the winters here, it's quite common for streets to simply ice over, which in of itself isn't so bad, if you have boots like mine that are more dredges than footwear. However, if you're someone that makes constant use of the public transportation, the nightmare scenario's formula is the following: Iced over street + chilling wind from your walking direction + carry-able cargo + bus stops set on top of small rises that look like a whale used it as a slide.. And this is all close to common here.
