			Old Habits I'm a semi-known advocate for doing things that are practical, but might not always be conventional. This includes using all of my limbs, not just the upper two, to open doors, cubboards, move chairs, pull something, push something and sometimes to pick something up. Granted, monkey-toes do help ~ (P.S. never use monkey-toes when wearing socks or if last bath was three days ago).
