If
all the eggs you adopted are of one gender or you wish to add some new
blood to your gathering, there is a solution for you. A group of 'gir from various gatherings have settled outside the outpost.
Through carvings, signs and body language these 'gir have let us known
that they are leaving their homes temporarily to help stabilize the
'gir population in the Sarte forests after the fires.
If you have an adult male or female, any of the 'gir would gladly choose to mate with him or her. You will be given all the eggs that are produced from such a pairing as these 'gir will soon return to their own homes and cannot take care of any eggs here. All they ask in return for this is that you take excellent care of their offspring and see to their well-being.
The researchers would like to add that naturally you must provide one of the parents for the breeding yourself and that you cannot borrow the services of a gir twice in a row. You must let someone else have a turn with the male or female before you can apply again.
Males can be bred indefinitely, but females are naturally only pregnant once at a time. If you have applied for a breeding with one of the females and someone else has been quicker than you, you will be added to her queue and be contacted when it is your turn.
Applying for a breeding with either of these 'gir works just like applying for any other breeding, only the form is a little different.
