The mine lies well into the forest area, yet several down-trodden paths make it easy to find. The name it is known by promises more than the sight of the thing. Perhaps it has once been frequented as an actual mine, but a hole in the ground with rotting wooden pieces to stabilize the entrace does not inspire hope.
And yet... The entrance opens up to a vast room with tunnels and paths going everywhere, curiously reminding of an ant's hive. Occasionally one finds signs that other 'gir or humans have been here before. But when is another matter entirely.
