Breeding
A 'gir is able to breed as soon as it becomes an adult.

A 'gir pairing usually produces a clutch of 3-5 eggs on average, although the enviroment often affects the outcome for better or for worse. Please take note that some breeds lay fewer eggs than others.

A female 'gir is pregnant for a week, whereafter she lays her eggs and requires another week to rest, allowing her to breed every two weeks. A male is able to breed at any time and there are no limits to how many female 'gir he can mate with.

Limit On Requests
Each user has 2 breeding request "tickets" per week - 1 Personal Breeding Ticket and 1 Outside Breeding Ticket.

A new week starts every monday and unused request tickets from a previous week cannot be transferred over to the new week.

The Personal Ticket can be used for a breeding among your very own 'gir or for a Broodery breeding. If you do not wish to participate in either, you can swap your Personal Ticket out for a second Outside Ticket instead.

The Outside Ticket can be used on a breeding between another person's 'gir and your own. You only ever need 1 Outside Ticket for an Outside Breeding, so either of the two users must decide who spends their Ticket. You can only turn a Personal Ticket into an Outside Ticket, but never the other way around.

Personal Breeding Form
If you'd like to breed your own 'gir and use up your Personal Ticket for the week, simply fill out the form below and mail it to praejacobi at hotmail.com. You will receive a notification that your 'gir is pregnant and after 7 days you will receive an e-mail with the new eggs' code.

Breeding With Other Users' Gir
If you'd like to breed your 'gir to another owner's 'gir you must first contact them and arrange matters such as which 'gir to breed, how eggs are divided and anything else you might want to agree on beforehand.

Additionally one of you must decide who uses their Outside Ticket for the breeding. You only ever need 1 Outside Ticket for an Outside Breeding, so only one of you must give up theirs.

Once all that is out of the way, both of you must send an e-mail titled 'Outside Breeding' with the form below to praejacobi at hotmail.com.

Your request won't be fullfilled until both of you have sent the form, so make sure to check with the other that they have done so. The owner of the female will be notified that her 'gir is pregnant and after 7 days you will both be presented with a page that showcases your eggs and contains further information on dividing them. The eggs won't begin to hatch nor grow before they have been sent out to their new owners.
